According to current condition and situation of Pakistan is very concern. Poverty is increasing day by day and it is very difficult for people to earn and fulfil their needs. Government is also facing very critical situation and Government don’t know what to do and control this hands out situation. Educated people are free and no job for them to do so that many and maximum of young educated people leaving the country and serving to other foreign countries with their skills.
This about all for those people who are leaving the country because they know they had no future in this country. So that many young blood is leaving their beloved land because only of no security of their future here. Youth is backbone of any country. Because they have young and fresh mind and they think more creativity to serve their country a long. Our Government not concentrating the young people and destroying their talent. That is why our country is downing day by day and no future is looking in this for upcoming generation.
Future of Government Servants:
Now not only unemployed people future is in danger also the government servants future is also in danger because the new strategy Government has introduced is the economical murder for the Government employed. Now there is no advantage for the Government employed to serve forty years of their life for Government because they are economically murdering the servants. Government has increased the income about 35% but they also had made a new decision that will create economic trouble for the Government servants. When Government servant has retire its pension has calculate to last salary slip according to its basic salary slip and computational fund is also include in it. for example one constable Zulqarnain (1357) enlist in grade 7 he did forty years of job in last slip salary has basic salary slip of 70000 according to previous law he had to get 70000 pension but now Government has changed the law and now he will get pension according to basic salary slip when he was enlisted 16360 rupees PKR. Money that receive 25, 26 lacs will come to 5, 6 lacs.
Now there is no advantage to do forty yeas of Government service. This bill is economic murder of Government servants. This is very important and crucial matter that will destroy the servants that are serving the country and Government. Government looking like a silent fans and they are doing wrong and worst decision that are directly effecting on the life of people. Now in this expensive time it is very difficult for people to make both ends meet. They are now facing very difficult time to survive all the ends.
People will think about that and has to take strict action on that crucial matter so that they save their late future. 99% of Government servants don’t know about that decision and bill of Government. So people will has to call out on the roads and record their protest to survive their future. Otherwise their old age will curse them and that time is so late then they will never do any thing they will want and think.
