PTI says in their application that ECP want to delay the decision of Supreme court on reserved seats.
After weeks Supreme court announce its short order on reserved seats on the request of PTI. PTI requested Supreme court to get their 12 July decision back . PTI leadership is active to make decision in their way they requested to supreme court to take strict action on ECP and make the decision.
But Supreme court give a short order of this case. The imprisoned Imran khan party has filed a civil miscellaneous application through its lawyer Uzair Bhandari in the response of ECP application in which they are requesting Supreme court to provide guidance on this legal and factual issues.
The election regulator on August 7 filed a review petition in the top court against the short verdict involving the PTI and the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC).
ECP tells in their petition the strength of 80 candidates had make their decision to join SIC and submitted related documents to declare adherence to the party.
More ever they tell in their requested application In polls of 8 February SIC did not take part nation wide as political party and not submitted any kind of their candidates list for reserved seats. Supreme court is considering the request from both sides and try to make a good final decision after hiring their reasons.
Court has dismissed the Election Commission’s review petition and asking Supreme court clarification in connection with the execution of the July 12 short order.
PTI has also requested in their petition that they have objections on ECB because they have spread wrong and false news that commission are facing problems and difficulties in decision . PTI has no organizational structure to confirmation statements of MNAs/MPAs.
The court has ordered that in the leadership of Imran khan that election conducting body to accept the affidavits of allegiance filed by the independent lawmakers and also signed by Barrister Gohar Khan and Omar Ayub, the elected chairman and General Secretary of PTI, respectively.
PTI has now currently running in the leadership of Barrister Gohar Khan and currently he is temporary chairman of PTI on the instruction of party creator Imran khan. This decision of Imran khan is only taken because many party leaders are arresting by police and many of them are leaving the party and PTI becoming the weak at moment and because of this unpleasant situation a constant person is needed who take the command of PTI that is letting down day by day so at time the PTI former chairman and former prime minister has taken this decision.
Former chairman PTI has elected Barrister Gohar Khan has a current chairman and Omar Ayub as a General Secretary of PTI . It is only because of that Imran khan trust on that two a lot because in past they have never give up for PTI and for the honor of former prime minister Pakistan that is former chairman of PTI. At the moment all the PTI leadership is under the flag of these two persons who are trying to makeup this party again and unite that party that had torn into peace for last many months. in this time of difficulties it is very necessary for PTI that constant leadership will stand to defend their party.
In another objection raised a question that Barrister Gohar Khan was elected unopposed as chairman of the party and Omar Ayub Khan also was elected unopposed as General Secretary of PTI.
Later on details of intra-party election details was submitted to ECP and also told in application that many numbers of letters were written to Barrister Gohar Khan, referring to him as the “Chairman of PTI”.
