Addressing the 4th Pakistan-China Friendship and Business Reception in Beijing, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed confidence in Pakistan’s potential to emulate the Chinese model for national success. He emphasized the importance of following the footsteps of China to elevate Pakistan’s stature globally.
The Prime Minister assured the audience, comprising Pakistani and Chinese business leaders, that Pakistan is committed to adopting Chinese President Xi Jinping’s vision of prioritizing progress and prosperity while avoiding conflicts. He highlighted China’s remarkable achievements, including landmark projects like the Belt and Road Initiative, China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, Global Development Initiative (GDI), and the Global Security Initiative (GSI).
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif pledged to diligently work towards implementing these strategies, leveraging hard work and dedication to transform Pakistan into a prosperous and respected nation. He drew parallels between the respect accorded to China and the aspirations for Pakistan to achieve similar reverence on the international stage.
