“Pakistan-Saudi Relations Transitioning into a Mutually Beneficial Partnership: Naqvi”

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi emphasized the evolving nature of the historic ties between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, highlighting their transition into a mutually beneficial economic partnership. His comments came during a visit to the Saudi Embassy in Islamabad, where he engaged in discussions with Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Ahmad Al-Malkiy.

Naqvi underscored the success of a recent visit by Saudi investors to Pakistan, indicating positive strides in bilateral economic collaboration. He also expressed anticipation for the forthcoming visit of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman, asserting his belief that the visit would significantly enhance the relationship between the two nations.

Highlighting Saudi Arabia’s steadfast support during challenging periods, Naqvi reiterated the depth of the longstanding fraternal bond between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

In response, the Saudi Ambassador reaffirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to extending comprehensive support for the modernization of Islamabad’s police force. He emphasized the significance Saudi Arabia places on its relationship with Pakistan, underscoring the importance of nurturing and strengthening these ties further.
