Waste disposal, big challenge for cantonments
Heaps of waste are increasing on daily basis
throughout the cantonments dur to the irresponsible
attitude adding to the problems of general public
resident disclosed citizens voice urging the concerned
to take serious notice. Hafiz Waqas ,local resident told
that sanitary workers are occasionally seen throughout
the years. Streets and drains are not cleaned choking the
drains rain add to the miseries when these choked drains
turn streets into ponds mosquitos, flies germinate on this
filthy water adding to the number of patients he told that
whenever I enter from tehsil municipal area to cantonment
territory clear difference in cleanliness is observed TMA’S
sanitary system.
Citizens Voice correspondent was briefed about another
drinking water issue. Residents are not given drinking water.
All Filtration plants are not given tube well access and
unhygienic dam water supply is causing gastrointestinal and
Hepatitis ailments, Filtration pants are not timely cleared and the filter
are not timely changed. People have no other option left behind except
use hygienic dam water supply. Clean Drinking water access is the basic
Human Right Of every Citizen
